All over Europe, be it on industrial estates, supermarket chains, gym chains, educational institutions, logistics centers, parking garages, through property management companies or others – offer a fantastic opportunity to build large plants.
How much is the commission?
The commission for rooftop space averages around 22-32€ / kwp.
(For conversion, a rule of thumb: 6-10m2 area equals about 1 kwp).
Compared to outdoor areas, roof areas are therefore twice as lucrative and have the potential to be completed even in just a few weeks or even days, which makes them a super cash flow opportunity!
Why large roof areas?
– Efficient use: large rooftops are an often overlooked resource just waiting to be converted into a source of clean energy.
– Fast implementation: permitting processes are often easier and faster than for ground-mounted systems. Also means faster payout of commissions, which is also usually 2x higher for rooftop than ground-mounted.
– Multiple applications: From meeting the energy needs of businesses to supporting communities, large rooftops offer a variety of opportunities to create sustainable change.
